BeckerBilt is happy to brainstorm your project with you. We welcome and encourage client input during all phases of a project, especially at the outset. BeckerBilt will act as your general contractor throughout planning, permitting and construction. We can be your single point of contact to coordinate all necessary permits and any subcontractors needed to complete the work. BeckerBilt has all the licenses and certifications required to oversee and execute all phases and aspects of construction.

Renovation & Construction

Once planning and permitting are ready the real fun begins. BeckerBilt will make sure you are in the loop with regular updates including pictures of work in progress and detailed timesheets describing work competed. Our process includes the thorough and timely communication of any questions which come up, as well as their solutions. While most of our clients choose to be offsite during construction several have opted to remain in their home during construction. A safe, secure and tidy work place is a priority for us and for our clients.
